  • Yes, I am an in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield.

    All other insurers are considered out-of-network. Due to federal regulations, patients with Medicare insurance cannot be accepted, even on a self-pay basis.

    Superbills can be provided upon request. A superbill is a detailed receipt of services rendered, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential partial reimbursement, if your plan includes out-of-network benefits. Please contact your insurance provider to understand your coverage and the possibility of reimbursement for out-of-network services.
